These instructions are designed to help you change your password for DSHS services.
Left-click on the following link: https://neu.dshs-koeln.de/
The above-mentioned page will open. To reset your password, fill in the required information and then left-click on “Submit | Send.”
The DSHS ID and date of birth used are fictitious – enter your personal DSHS ID and date of birth.
After successfully entering the data, a new window will appear. It will confirm that the request has been created. *Note* An email with the link to reset your password will be sent to your private email address. Before opening the email, please take a look at our password guidelines in the “FAQ” section.
“The password must be at least 12 characters long and contain a special character, a number, and upper and lower case letters. It must not contain any characters from your name or your DSHS ID.”
Left-click on the email.
It may take a few minutes for the email with the password reset link to arrive. If necessary, check your spam folder.
After opening the email, left-click on the blue field.
The page for entering your new password will open. Enter your new password, which must comply with our guidelines, twice. Then left-click on “Submit | Send.”
After entering the new password, the window “Password changed.” must appear before you can use the new password.
