MFA provides additional protection for your emails and personal data by requiring a second factor in addition to your password when you log in. In this guide, we will show you step by step how to set up the Microsoft Authenticator app and manage your Studmail account securely.
1. Log in to https://office.com with your personal Studmail credentials and click “Continue.”
2. Install Microsoft Authenticator on your mobile device and then click “Continue.”
3. In the app, select “Add business, school, or university account” -> Click on the “+” icon in the top right corner -> Select “Business or school account”
4. Confirm by clicking “Continue,” scan the QR code, and then enter the PIN generated by the app.
